Occasionally we will request further data and consent on behalf of a university to enable them to share your data with the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). HESA will evaluate the effectiveness of the event/s with respect to Higher Education destinations.

As such, data requested may vary by event and therefore users are advised to refer to the specific event booking form at the bottom of each event page which will be handled by either Eventbrite or SurveyMonkey, depending upon the organisation.

Channel Talent Ltd will share only the data for which express permission has been given by you. This data will be provided securely to one nominated responsible employee of the university or universities presenting at the event you have registered for. Reference should be made to the privacy policies of the relevant organisation or organisations. Channel Talent is not liable for any subsequent use of personal data by a third party organisation which deviates from the consent you have given and the agreed terms of the sharing of this data.

We will not share your data with other third parties unless we are legally required to do so or we have contacted you separately to request consent.

Email Newsletter

Channel Talent Ltd operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about events and services supplied by the Company via its website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user or with your express consent provided when you register for a Channel Talent event.
